Ron Phipps-Ellis – Chairman
Ron graduated from the University of Queensland in 1985 with a Bachelor of Commerce. Until 1990, he was employed by KPMG in Brisbane auditing mainly large publicly-listed companies in Australia and overseas and audited their portfolio of SMSF audit clients. |

Craig Stanmore – Director Craig graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW in 1987, became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1990, and was subsequently appointed a Fellow in 2006. Craig has a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a registered tax agent and a registered statutory auditor. After working as a senior with a top-four accounting practice in Sydney, he established his own practice in 1994. Craig’s work experience includes audits of large private companies, subsidiaries of multinational enterprises as well as due diligence reports and internal control reviews. His industry focus since starting his own practice has been in not-for-profit entities, foreign entities operating in Australia and SME’s. |

Hanoze Udachia – CEO Hanoze is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of professional public practice experience. He started his professional accounting career with Ernst and Young. After gaining solid foundations in audit, assurance and accounting skills, Hanoze has consciously strived to deal with owners of small to medium sized businesses and provide personal value-add services other than simple compliance audit opinions. His work experience includes audits of listed public companies, large proprietary companies, not-for-profit organisations, trust accounts and superannuation funds within a large range of industries as well as conducting due diligence reviews, business valuations, investigating accountant’s reports, etc. |

Catherine Tagwireyi – Manager Catherine Tagwireyi (B.Compt, CA), Manager, has over 15 years of professional experience in audit, assurance and accounting services. She is a member of CAANZ and started her accounting career with Deloitte in 2003. Her work experience includes audits of large private companies, listed companies and not for profits. In addition to having good audit technical skills, Catherine is also passionate about mentoring younger members of the audit team. |
